Agency(New Delhi): As the first phase of the 17th Lok Sabha elections draws near, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is actively engaging with voters across India. The opposition parties, grouped under the INDIA alliance, are also vigorously campaigning despite internal disagreements over seat allocations.
The BJP recently unveiled a new campaign video, echoing its theme song “tabhi to sab Modi ko chunte hain,” sung in 12 Indian languages, to emphasize the widespread support for Modi. The video showcases Modi’s achievements and concludes with a visual mosaic of the Prime Minister formed by supporters.
Simultaneously, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi responded to the BJP’s critique of the Congress manifesto as having a ‘Muslim League imprint’. Gandhi countered by recalling historical alliances and stressed that the upcoming election represents a battle between uniting and divisive forces.
