China : The Global Trouble Maker

The coercive attitude of China is being condemned all over the world. Many have even drawn parallels to Hitler and the Nazi party.

Bengaluru, (Aryavarth). The Wuhan Coronavirus crisis has not fainted yet, and China has found new means to trouble India. The Chinese intrusions are not new, dirty tactics of the Chinese Communist Party are part of their strategy to dominate economically, geographically and politically. Many countries are suffering under their dominance due to their debt-trap diplomacy and loan in exchange for sovereignty. Financially, China has been using unfair trade practices like export subsidies, counterfeiting and goods dumping to get an advantage over other countries. It’s not only the neighbouring or third world countries, that are being coerced. They went all the way to Australia and interfered in the local politics. The coercive attitude of China is being condemned all over the world. Many have even drawn parallels to Hitler and the Nazi party.

PRIME MINISTER MODI HAS DENIED CHINESE INTRUSION

Ever since news of India China violent clash has been reported in Galwan valley, the Indian media has been reporting Chinese Intrusion in the Indian territory. But Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in one stroke, rejected all charges of Chinese Intrusion while he was addressing everyone after an all-party meeting. The Prime Minister said, “While India wants peace, the country will not compromise on sovereignty.”

The debate started out when the Prime Minister said that the Chinese never crossed over to Indian territory. He confirmed that tension has increased on the LAC, resulting in heightened patrolling. In the same session, he also paid tribute to the Galwan’s unsung heroes and said that Indian soldiers have taught Chinese a tough lesson. The debate at the end of day snowballed into a political controversy with all ranks and files of political parties taking a hot and cold stand. Some sections of the media, in their debates and news hour, hinted that intrusion-related PM’s statements are in contradiction to the Ministry of External Affairs statements.

They pointed out that, MEA spokesperson on 17th June said that, “Chinese side sought to erect a structure on Galwan valley on the Indian side of the LAC “. The MEA statement on the LAC faceoff further stated that “it was a premeditated and planned action by China”, and “China intended to change facts on the ground in violation of agreements”. Indian media questioned how China changed facts on the ground if they had not entered the Indian territory?

In such situations, where information has to be protected for national interest, it is difficult to understand who is telling the truth and who is hiding the facts. Backed by the MEA statements if the media reports are considered to be accurate, then one needs to know the reason behind the Prime Minister’s denial of the situation. These ploys are generally done by China, where different leaders sing a different tune to create confusion among the opponents. India has usually towed a straight-line approach, not a convoluted one with multiple versions.

CHINA DOES NOT WANT A DIRECT WAR WITH INDIA

In the first half of the 1950s, the India China relations were referred to as “India China are brothers” (Hindi Chini Bhai Bhai). Still, in 1959 the India-China border dispute began to surface, and the bilateral relationship started to deteriorate following the 1959 Tibet uprising. Since then, India has confronted war several times. Westbound neighbour Pakistan kept India on its heels for most of the years. The Kargil war, the Indian Parliament Attack, the Samjhauta Express Bombings in 2007, The 2008 Mumbai Attacks, and the most recent Indo-Pakistan military standoff in Pulwama district. These provocative attacks and disturbances have made our Indian Army strong and well prepared.

China, on the other hand, fought its last war 40 years ago against Vietnam, which ended up with the withdrawal of Chinese soldiers. Even though they had the most massive Army, they could not claim victory over Vietnam and were beaten black and blue. So, even if China barks about its hollow abilities, it does not dare to announce war against India. The Chinese philosophy is not to get into a man to man or soldier to soldier war. They want to win it all without fighting.

Like savages and barbarians of the medieval ages, It has used iron roads with nails and baseball bats with barbed wires in its clashes with Indian Army. Many Chinese people are hanging their head in shame for this cowardly attack on unarmed people, if they had the bloody guts, they would have fought a battle like true men. However, history could not reason with Hitler, so we also will not be able to reason with China.

Before you buy next made in china item, do remember, China sees India as an irritant, it sees India as a discordant neighbour which has rejected the Belt and Road Initiative, one that surprised it with its tenacity at Doklam.

CHINA UNDER XI IS SEEMINGLY LIKE GERMANY UNDER HITLER

As per political Scientist Samir Saran, the Chinese now believe that they are the centre of the world and no rules can restrict their global and domestic behaviour, very typical of medieval kingdom mindset. They don’t believe in hiding and abiding by global rules any more, like Hitler and its Nazi party, they believe the time has come for China to conquer the world, for they have the best ability. He said that “People must realize that what is happening in the Himalayas will be the frontline of what is likely to unfold in the next decade unless it is responded to.”

China is one of the biggest users of facial recognition technology and artificial intelligence, its developing tools and technology to control people. It has gone to the extent of mandating DNA samples of men to create a countrywide database of genes, all this data in the hand of monstrous CCP can create another holocaust, akin to what happened to Jews in Germany.

The extreme growth of technology is blended with the imperialistic and command mindset of Chinese polity. It believes in state control over innovation, enterprise and individuals. Like the peas of the same pod, they partner with authoritarians and repressive regimes, like North Korea. Using the Belt Road Initiative, It started debt trap diplomacy or loan in exchange for sovereignty, many countries in Africa and our neighbourhood have fallen into this trap. Courageous ones like Malaysia and Sri-Lanka have called their bluff and avoided a further landslide.

He said that “People must realize that what is happening in the Himalayas will be the frontline of what is likely to unfold in the next decade unless it is responded to.

CHINA’S BORDER AND COUNTRY DISPUTES

WITH HONGKONG

Until 1997, Hong Kong was ruled by Britain as a colony but then returned to China. Under the “one country, two systems” arrangement, it has been promised autonomy, and its people more rights than the highly gaged Chinese citizens. Hong Kong’s protests against China started last year, opposing plans to allow extradition to mainland China. The extradition bill which triggered the first protest was introduced in April last year. It would have allowed for criminal suspects to be extradited to mainland China under certain circumstances. Opponents said this risked exposing Hong kongers to unfair trials and rough treatment. They also argued the bill would give China more considerable influence over Hong Kong and could be used to target activists and journalists.

Millions of people took to the streets. After weeks of protests, leader Carrie Lam eventually said the bill would be suspended indefinitely. But the protests have continued, though it flattered due to COVID. Protests supporting the Hong Kong movement have spread across the globe, with rallies taking place in the UK, France, US, Canada and Australia.

However true to its imperialistic and Nazi-style, Chinese president Xi Jinping has warned against separatism, saying any attempt to divide China would end in “bodies smashed and bones ground to powder”. Although China has control over Hong Kong the uprising protests are worsening the domestic situation for China, It is said that continuing protest could trigger a regime collapse in China, especially when CCP is weak.

WITH TAIWAN

China, in its dreams, sees Taiwan as a breakaway province that will eventually be part of the country again, but most Taiwanese want to continue as a separate nation. After decades of hostile intentions and angry rhetoric, relations between China and Taiwan started improving in the 1980s. China put forward a formula, known as “one country, two systems”, under which Taiwan would be given significant autonomy if it accepted Chinese reunification. The offer was rejected, but Taiwan did relax rules on visits to and investment in China and in 1991, it proclaimed that the war with the People’s Republic of China was over.

Some Taiwanese worry their economy is now dependent on China. Others point out that closer business ties make Chinese military action less likely, because of the cost to China’s own economy. A controversial trade agreement sparked the “Sunflower Movement” in 2014 where students and activists occupied Taiwan’s parliament protesting against what they call China’s growing influence over Taiwan. So it is unlikely that China can control Taiwan. It will break free and be recognized by global powers as a separate country, China invests heavily in diplomacy to avoid countries recognizing Taiwan as an independent country. It is reported that China even coerced its pet institution WHO to not give timely guidance to Taiwan on COVID19; however, Taiwan controlled it much better than any other country.

TIBET, 70 YEARS OF ANNEXATION AND PROTEST ARE CONTINUING.

The Chinese government’s superficies claim that Tibet has been part of China for around 800 years, but has no facts to support the claim. Tibet was not ruled by the Chinese government before the 1950 invasion. As China claims that since they liberated Tibet, it has seen glorious development. They say that there’s almost zero poverty, disease and hunger, life expectancy has doubled, literacy has risen from 5% to 85% and former slaves have been given land.

But the truth is Tibetans are left disadvantaged in their own country. Infrastructure projects enable the movement of China’s military, mass immigration of Chinese workers, Chinese tourism and access to Tibbets abundant resources. Economic growth benefits Chinese businesses and workers, Millions of Tibetan nomads have been forced out from their land, ending their centuries-old way of life and leaving them dependent on the state as second class citizens in their own country.

Education is primarily taught in Chinese, disadvantaging Tibetans who can only learn their mother tongue as a second language, The United Nations has repeatedly challenged China on human rights abuses in Tibet. From shouting “Tibet needs freedom” in the street to attending a mass protest, Tibetans resist China’s policies daily. Despite 70 years of occupation, this resistance to China remains undiminished and widespread.

GLOBAL POWERS ARE DUMPING CHINA

The global backlash against China for mishandling Wuhan Coronavirus( COVID19) is getting sharper each day globally, as more and more people die or slip into poverty, the world is demanding action against the “ROGUE” state China. Historically, society has come together to stop such regimes, we all know what happened to Hitler, Ghaddafi or Saddam.

Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison has led the charge from the front, he wanted an International enquiry about the origins of Covid19. French President, Emanuel Macron pitched in and said: “Beijing hasn’t been upfront over its handling of the Pandemic.”

To signal anger, President Trump has referred to the Wuhan Coronavirus virus as “China Virus” and “Kung Flu”. The USA has already started loosening ties with China, and President Trump has said that they could completely decouple from China and break all ties. President Trump’s heated statements against China were enough to prove that the USA holds them guilty for the Pandemic and also suggested demanding compensation from China. The German newspaper “Bild” demanded billions of dollars from China for creating economic damage.

It seems that sun will soon set on the imperialistic Chinese Communist Party, as the world does not want another Nazi Germany to be born, that can destroy peace and humanity.
