Mumbai (Maharashtra), March 19: Actress Preity Zinta has lauded the recently released film Dhurandhar 2, calling it a “mindblowing” cinematic experience. She praised the film’s direction, acting, music, editing, story, and casting after attending the paid previews on Wednesday.
Taking to her X handle, Zinta wrote, “Just watched Dhurandhar 2 & all I wanna say is ‘Revenge ho toh Dhurandhar jaisa ho warna na ho’. Direction, Acting, music, editing, story, casting & every other department is MINDBLOWING.” She added that both she and her mother were eager to watch the film again in theatres.
The ‘Veer-Zaara’ actress particularly praised Ranveer Singh for his “stunning” performance, describing his range, depth, and sincerity. She also appreciated Sanjay Dutt for his “swag,” Rakesh Bedi for his timing, and highlighted performances by Sara Arjun and Arjun Rampal. Zinta gave special mention to Shashwat Sachdev for elevating the film with his music.
Earlier, superstar Allu Arjun also praised ‘Dhurandhar 2’, describing it as a high-energy patriotic entertainer with “patriotism with swag.” He highlighted the performances of R Madhavan and Ranveer Singh, as well as the film’s technical excellence, calling director Aditya Dhar’s work “a hit out of the park.”
Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar 2 released in theatres worldwide today. The first instalment of the franchise, released on December 5, 2025, became the highest-grossing film of that year.
