Yogi Adityanath Warns Against Following Aurangzeb’s Path

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath criticizes Congress, claiming they want to impose Sharia law. He urges support for BJP candidates and highlights development under PM Modi

The Aryavarth Express
Agency (Uttar Pradesh): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, during a public meeting in Bijhari, Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, strongly criticized Congress. He claimed that the party has been mourning since January 22, following the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Lord Ram in Ayodhya.

Adityanath stated, “Congress’ manifesto resembles the document of the Muslim League. They aim to enforce Sharia law and the Taliban system in India, preventing girls from attending school and confining women to their homes in burqas.” He accused opposition parties of planning to impose a tax similar to the Jizya tax under the guise of inheritance tax.

He firmly stated that those who follow Aurangzeb’s path will be dealt with by his ‘bulldozer.’ Adityanath emphasized that India will be governed by Dr. Ambedkar’s Constitution, not Sharia law.

The Chief Minister urged voters to support BJP candidate Anurag Thakur for the Hamirpur Lok Sabha seat and Indradatt Lakhanpal for the Barsar assembly by-election. He paid respects to the holy lands of Mata Chintpurni and Mata Naina Devi, describing Himachal Pradesh as a land blessed by nature and divinity.

Adityanath declared, “There is a unified voice across the country saying ‘Fir Ek Baar, Modi Sarkar’ and ‘Abki Baar 400 Paar.'” He noted the end of the 500-year wait with Lord Ram seated in his divine temple in Ayodhya, contrasting the joy of Sanatan Dharma followers with Congress’ mourning. He pointed out Congress’ refusal to attend the Ayodhya ceremony and their leaders’ negative comments about the Ram temple.

Under PM Modi’s leadership, Adityanath asserted, India is witnessing the rise of a new India, with increased global respect and the eradication of terrorism and Naxalism. He highlighted significant development projects, such as AIIMS and IIIT, in Himachal Pradesh.

He accused Congress of hindering development by supporting mafias and opposing national interests and Lord Ram. Describing the INDIA bloc as a “bag of tricks” with numerous factions, he questioned their ability to unite the country.

Adityanath criticized Congress’ proposal to give backward caste rights to Muslims, citing the UPA government’s past attempts with the Justice Ranganath Mishra and Sachar Committee. He mocked Rahul Gandhi’s poverty eradication slogan, comparing it to his grandmother’s similar slogan from 1970.

He warned that the opposition’s proposal for an inheritance tax would seize half of the property and distribute it to infiltrators from Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh, likening it to Aurangzeb’s Jizya tax.

Supporting Anurag Thakur, Adityanath described him as one of PM Modi’s nine gems and praised his vision of hosting the Olympics in India by 2036. He highlighted Thakur’s efforts to engage youth in sports to combat drug abuse.

Appealing for Indradatt Lakhanpal’s victory in the Barsar Assembly by-election, Adityanath emphasized the need for a BJP government in Himachal Pradesh. Thakur noted that discussions about Himachal’s cold weather are prevalent in Uttar Pradesh due to Adityanath’s strict actions against rioters and mafia, turning Uttar Pradesh into a “Ganga of development.”
