Washington DC [US] – Singer-songwriter and actor Olivia Rodrigo appears to suggest that she is still dating actor Louis Partridge, months after breakup rumours surfaced last December, according to E! News.
In a recent interview, Rodrigo revealed that she has been spending considerable time in London, Partridge’s hometown, while working on her upcoming third album.
“I’ve found a lot of inspiration from being in London,” she shared. “I’ve spent so much time here over the course of making this album. It has a lot of songs that are London vibes, about experiences that I’ve had here,” the outlet reported.
The 23-year-old singer has been creating music in England and also headlined the Glastonbury Festival last June, where she revealed that her track So American was inspired by Louis. Shortly after her performance, Partridge reportedly gave her a sweet public shoutout, according to E! News.
Despite her international fame, Rodrigo admitted she was surprised by the relatively low-key public attention she received in the UK.
“No one was being weird to me. I’m like, ‘Do I need to do more press?’” she joked, adding that she admires British culture and could see herself living there part-time, E! News noted.
Both Rodrigo and Partridge have generally kept their relationship out of the spotlight. In a prior interview with Esquire U.K., Partridge said they deliberately chose to keep their romance private, emphasizing that they value being together for the right reasons.
“It’s nice to know that we can go to things together… You’ve got a friend in those times,” he said, according to the outlet.
While neither has publicly addressed the previous breakup rumours, Rodrigo’s recent remarks hint that the couple may still be going strong.
