Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], January 7: Bollywood couple Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal have revealed the name of their newborn son, calling him their “ray of light.”
The actors took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a joint post announcing that they have named their son Vihaan Kaushal. Along with the announcement, the couple shared their first photo featuring the baby—showing Katrina’s hand, Vicky’s hand, and their son’s tiny hand gently placed together.
“Our ray of light, Vihaan Kaushal. Prayers are answered. Life is beautiful. Our world has changed in an instant. Gratitude beyond words,” the couple wrote in the caption.
Katrina and Vicky welcomed their first child in November last year and had announced the birth through a joint social media post. “Our bundle of joy has arrived. With immense love and gratitude, we welcome our baby boy. 7th November, 2025,” the note had read.
The couple had earlier confirmed Katrina’s pregnancy in September 2025 by sharing pictures from what appeared to be a maternity photoshoot. “On our way to start the best chapter of our lives, with hearts full of joy and gratitude,” they wrote at the time.
Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal tied the knot on December 9, 2021, in an intimate ceremony at Six Senses Fort Barwara in Rajasthan.
Earlier, Katrina had shared details about their relationship on Koffee With Karan, revealing that she first met Vicky at a party hosted by filmmaker Zoya Akhtar, marking the beginning of their romance.
