The Aryavarth Express:
New Delhi, March 12: CognexiaAI has unveiled CognexiaAI Legal, an AI-native legal intelligence platform designed to streamline legal processes, improve transparency, and enhance efficiency across India’s legal ecosystem. The announcement was made during a launch event attended by policymakers, legal professionals, and industry leaders.
The event’s chief guest, Meenakshi Lekhi, former Union Minister of State for External Affairs, emphasized the importance of developing indigenous digital infrastructure to strengthen India’s legal and governance systems.
According to the company, CognexiaAI Legal is a fully indigenous platform that ensures sensitive legal and institutional data remains securely stored within India. The system combines advanced artificial intelligence, proprietary large language models, workflow automation, and analytics to process complex legal documents and generate actionable insights.
One of the platform’s key capabilities is the rapid analysis of extensive legal documentation, including charge sheets that may run into thousands of pages. Tasks that traditionally take weeks or months can now be completed in minutes, helping lawyers, judges, investigators, and citizens better understand legal proceedings and make informed decisions.
The platform supports multiple legal and regulatory functions such as arbitration, corporate law, taxation, regulatory compliance, HR compliance, and judicial case management. By enabling faster document review and structured legal insights, it aims to improve compliance tracking and decision-making for both public institutions and private enterprises.
Dr. Nirmal Singh said the launch signals a shift from general artificial intelligence solutions toward specialized legal intelligence systems tailored to the complexity of Indian laws and regulatory frameworks.
He noted that India must evolve from being a consumer of global technology to becoming a creator of advanced digital intelligence platforms designed for its own institutional needs.
CognexiaAI Legal has been built on an Industry 5.0 architecture, integrating artificial intelligence, proprietary large language models, digital twin frameworks, IoT ecosystems, and intelligent automation with the company’s cloud infrastructure and enterprise data centers. This framework is designed to scale across government departments, law firms, legal institutions, and large enterprises.
Alongside the platform launch, CognexiaAI announced that it has secured enterprise contracts worth ₹540 crore across Australia and New Zealand. The deals are considered among the largest overseas contract wins for an Indian AI-native ERP and CRM platform in recent years.
The contracts span several industries including construction, hospitality, manufacturing, automotive services, travel, architecture, jewelry, and healthcare, reflecting the growing global demand for AI-driven enterprise solutions.
Following these agreements, CognexiaAI’s client base has expanded to around 15,000 organizations, supported by more than 5,000 international channel partners. The company currently operates across multiple markets including United Arab Emirates, Singapore, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Denmark, Netherlands, Nigeria, and Ghana.
Industry observers say the launch of CognexiaAI Legal and the company’s expanding global presence highlight the rapid growth of India’s artificial intelligence ecosystem, as indigenous AI platforms increasingly gain recognition in international technology markets.
