Los Angeles, April 5: Actor Hailee Steinfeld has embraced motherhood, welcoming her first child—a baby girl—with husband Josh Allen. The couple shared the joyful news with fans, marking a new chapter in their lives.
According to PEOPLE, the 29-year-old actor announced the arrival through a heartfelt post on her Substack titled “Special Delivery.” Expressing her happiness, she wrote, “Our baby girl has arrived!! We’re feeling incredibly grateful and blessed and savouring these early moments. Thank you so much for the love and well wishes.”
The couple had revealed their pregnancy in December last year. Steinfeld had shared glimpses of her journey in a birthday post, including a touching video of her baby bump while standing in the snow, with Allen affectionately kissing her stomach. The moment later made its way to Instagram, where Allen commented, “I love you.”
Earlier this year, Allen spoke about his excitement for fatherhood during a media interaction following the Buffalo Bills announcing Joe Brady as their new head coach. Reflecting on the upcoming responsibility, he said he was eager to embrace the experience step by step.
Calling fatherhood the most important role of his life, Allen remarked, “This is the most important thing I’ll ever be in my life, being a dad.”
Steinfeld and Allen, who began dating in 2023, got married on May 31 in Santa Barbara, California.
