Vaani Kapoor in Bell Bottom

Mumbai, (Aryavarth).Vaani Kapoor is on cloud nine these days over an opportunity to play the lead opposite Akshay Kumar in Bell Bottom. She is incredibly happy to get the meaty role opposite one of her favorite actors Akshay Sir. She is excited and eagerly waiting to start the shooting and says that she is thrilled to partner with Pooja Entertainment who have already made her feel at home at the initial stage of the film. The producer of the film Jacky Bhagnani is impressed with Vaani’s acting skills and sounded confident about her ability to get under the skin of the character which is as important and in sync with Akshay Kumar’s onscreen persona. Directed by Ranjit M Tewari, the story is set in the 1980s and is about one of India’s forgotten heroes. Akshay had shared his first look from the film in November last year. It shows a suited up Akshay posing in style in front of a luxury car and a plane flying over him. He wore dark shades and sported a moustache. In reply to a fan who asked if the film was a remake of a Kannada film, Akshay had said, “Bell Bottom is not a remake of any film, it is an original screenplay inspired by true events.” The movie is set to release in April 2021.
