Gurugram, December 19: BMW Group India has further expanded its presence in the Delhi NCR region with the inauguration of Bird Automotive’s third showroom in Gurugram. Located at Trilium Avenue, Sector 29, the new facility enhances accessibility for premium customers and reinforces BMW’s commitment to delivering an elevated luxury retail experience.
The newly opened showroom follows BMW’s global Retail.NEXT concept, designed to offer a modern, immersive, and customer-centric environment. With its strategic location in Gurugram, the showroom caters to the growing demand for luxury mobility solutions in the region.

He noted that the opening of Bird Automotive’s new Retail.NEXT showroom underlines BMW’s focus on expanding retail touchpoints and delivering a highly personalised, future-ready customer experience supported by a strong sales and service network.

Spanning 4,768 square feet, the Retail.NEXT showroom can display up to five BMW vehicles and features dedicated customer consultation areas, a premium sales lounge, and a curated BMW lifestyle zone. The layout is designed to provide a seamless customer journey—from product discovery and personalised consultation to vehicle handover—in an elegant and immersive setting.
The showroom places strong emphasis on hospitality and brand engagement, allowing customers to connect with BMW’s design philosophy, advanced technology, and performance heritage. Its prime urban location offers customers a convenient gateway into the BMW ownership experience.
The Retail.NEXT concept is centred around the “Central Customer Walkway,” ensuring intuitive navigation through the showroom. Visitors are welcomed at a dedicated Welcome Stand rather than a traditional reception desk, creating a more open and engaging interaction. Additional features include multifunction counters, consultation stages, private sales and service lounges, a BMW Bar & Lounge, and a multifunctional handover bay designed to make vehicle deliveries memorable.
Equipped with innovative digital tools, BMW Geniuses and Personal Service Advisors provide detailed product and service information, while the showroom’s lighting, décor, sound, and temperature settings are carefully curated to create a warm and premium ambience throughout.
With this expansion, BMW Group India continues to strengthen its retail footprint in the Delhi NCR region, reaffirming its focus on customer-centric innovation and luxury mobility excellence.
