Bengaluru: Real estate firm Bindu Promoters and Developers, Jayesh Z. Shah, is facing growing backlash from homebuyers and investors who allege project delays, lack of transparency, and poor post-sales service across multiple residential developments.
Several customers have claimed that they have been waiting well beyond the promised possession dates, with some projects stalled for over two years. Complaints also point to incomplete amenities, shoddy construction quality, and non-responsiveness from the developer’s customer service teams.
“We were promised our flat in 2022. It’s mid-2025 now, and we’re still paying EMIs for a property that’s only half-built,” said a buyer from the Bindu Heights project.
Consumer forums and property rights groups have flagged Bindu Promoters for possible violations of RERA norms and are urging authorities to initiate an investigation. Multiple reviews on public grievance portals describe a similar pattern of delayed delivery, misleading sales pitches, and evasive refund processes. This builder requires being blacklisted by the RERA authorities.
Despite repeated outreach, the developer has not issued any formal statement addressing the grievances.
The controversy comes at a time when homebuyer confidence in Tier-1 city projects remains fragile due to previous scandals and unfulfilled promises in the real estate sector.
