Bangalore: The SSFT (Shaurya Sahayak Foundation Trust) recently organised a training session on drone technology for NCC (National Cadet Corps) cadets. The training was aimed at introducing the cadets to the basics of drone technology, its applications in various fields, and the importance of drone safety and regulations.

During the training session, the cadets were given hands-on experience with operating drones and were taught about the different types of drones, their components, and how to pilot them effectively.

They also learnt about the uses of drones in surveillance, search and rescue operations, agricultural monitoring, and environmental conservation.

The cadets were also briefed on the legal regulations governing drone operations, including obtaining necessary permits and flying drones within designated areas.

Safety precautions and emergency procedures were also emphasised to ensure that the cadets can operate drones responsibly and safely.
