The Aryavarth Express Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], April 3: Filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar has officially kicked off production on his next big project with Ahaan Panday, a high-energy action romance backed by Yash Raj Films (YRF). The announcement was made via his Instagram handle, quickly generating excitement among fans.
Sharing a powerful first-look image, Zafar introduced Ahaan Panday in an intense pose behind a YRF clapboard, captioning the post, “And it BEGINS,” while tagging the actor and the production house.
Though the film’s title is yet to be revealed, it is already shaping up to be a major cinematic venture. The ensemble cast includes Sharvari, Bobby Deol, and Aaishvary Thackeray alongside Panday.
Zafar, known for blockbuster films like Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai, is expected to bring his signature mix of action and style to the project.
He had earlier teased the film in February by sharing a picture with Ahaan Panday from a studio, writing, “Power isn’t given… it’s taken… Ready to roll.”
Ahaan Panday was last seen in Saiyaara, directed by Mohit Suri and co-starring Aneet Padda. The film, which tells the story of a singer and a lyricist, was praised for its emotional depth, performances, and music.
