Amritsar (Punjab) : Actor Priyanka Chopra delighted fans with a glimpse of her culinary experience in Amritsar, sharing a vibrant Instagram story that celebrated the region’s iconic food culture. Captioned “Just Amritsar things…”, the post featured a traditional Punjabi platter that captured the essence of local flavours.
At the heart of the meal were two golden, tandoor-baked Amritsari kulchas, likely stuffed with spiced potatoes or paneer. The platter was complemented by classic accompaniments such as dal makhani, chole, yogurt, butter, and pickled onions with green chilies—staples of Punjabi cuisine. Enhancing the cultural vibe, she paired the post with the song “Sohni Lagdi” by Diljit Dosanjh.
The food update comes amid her ongoing India visit, which has sparked excitement among fans. Earlier, she documented her journey from New Delhi to Amritsar, sharing glimpses of Punjab’s lush green farmlands from her flight. She was also spotted at the Delhi airport interacting with fans and posing for pictures.
This trip follows her recent work on The Bluff and comes ahead of her much-anticipated collaboration with filmmaker S. S. Rajamouli for the upcoming project Varanasi, expected to release in 2027.
