The Aryavarth Express New Delhi: Rodic Consultants, an engineering and digital infrastructure consulting firm, has been awarded the Great Place to Work Certification 2026 by the Great Place To Work Institute, recognising its workplace culture and employee experience.
The certification is based entirely on employee feedback and sentiment. According to the survey results, 87 per cent of Rodic employees said the organisation is a great place to work, a figure significantly higher than the average for workplaces in India.
The Great Place to Work Institute is considered a global authority on workplace culture, evaluating organisations on parameters such as trust, respect, credibility, fairness and pride among employees.
Commenting on the recognition, Aayush Raj, Chief of Staff at Rodic Consultants, said the certification reflects the company’s long-standing commitment to strong employee practices and a supportive work environment.
“Earning the Great Place To Work Certification is a milestone that reflects our dedication to creating a workplace where people feel valued, heard and supported. When employees say they feel respected and confirm that fairness is practiced, it shows we are building something meaningful,” Raj said.
As part of its people-focused strategy, Rodic is also strengthening employee capabilities through digital and technology-driven initiatives aligned with its AI-first vision. One such initiative is the Rodic AI Challenge, which encourages employees to develop artificial intelligence-based solutions for infrastructure-related challenges, including predictive maintenance systems and project management tools.
Over the past 25 years, Rodic has implemented several employee engagement programmes, including the Rodic Balance initiative, which promotes sports, wellness activities, learning opportunities and transparent communication channels. The company also offers comprehensive health benefits and professional development opportunities aimed at building a collaborative and empowering workplace culture.
