The Aryavarth Express New Delhi, February 25: Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Wednesday unveiled the one-year report card of her BJP-led government, highlighting key achievements across sectors as her administration completed its first year in office.
Addressing the media, the CM said, “These 365 days changed the course of Delhi, and the coming four years will further transform the city. Making decisions in the public interest and driving development has been our daily focus. On completing one year, I congratulate the people of Delhi.”
Rekha Gupta emphasized her government’s results-driven approach: “This is not a government of promises or announcements, but of action. We have worked to move Delhi from stagnation to progress, from excuses to solutions, from advertisements to real development. We focus on less paperwork and more work, offering practical solutions instead of poster or tweet politics.”
On education, the CM noted the government’s efforts to curb commercialization: “While the previous administration spent more on publicity than infrastructure, we enacted the Delhi School Education (Transparency in Fixation and Regulation of Fees) Act, 2025, ensuring education is not treated as a business. Our goal is for every school to have smart classrooms and digital libraries.”
